A FLEDGLING restaurant is inviting guests to celebrate 2024 in style.
Linden Stores, a newly opened bistro and wine bar, is offering a special seven-course Chef’s Menu on New Year’s Eve.
Owners chef Chris Boustead and partner Laura Christie, a wine connoisseur, have brought something different to Knutsford.

The couple have 25 years of experience in hospitality, having run several restaurants together, and moved from London to Cheshire with son Ollie, to be closer to family and friends.
The restaurant on Minshull Street is full of rustic charm with exposed brick walls, oak beams and stone floors.
In the kitchen, Chris creates sharing plates of seasonal food, from local producers, with a focus on sustainability.
Laura pours wines from small vineyards around the world.
Guests will be greeted on December 31 with a glass of champagne, followed by a showcase of seasonal British food.
The New Years Eve Chef’s Menu is £75 per person.

Linden Stores is named after the road Chris grew up on in Scarborough and is an ode to delicious food and wine.
