A COMPANY director has appeared in court for failing to deliver accounts on time.
Christian Hannah, of Mainwaring Drive, Wilmslow was prosecuted as a director of Optimum Management Limited, a management consultancy.
The 45-year-old was charged with failing to deliver accounts, in respect of the company's financial year ending on August 31, 2022, to the registrar of Companies House in Cardiff.
The case was heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on November 30 and found proved in the defendant’s absence.
Hannah was fined £220 and ordered to pay £75 costs and £88 victim surcharge.
The defendant was given until December 28 to pay the £383 court penalty.
