AN exciting festive treat is being launched at Manchester Airport this Christmas.

Santa is offering to take children on a tour of the iconic concorde at Runway Visitor Park.

The tours run on mornings in December.

Families are invited to start the day with breakfast, served in a buffet style,  beneath the wings of the supersonic plane.

Boys and girls can then join Father Christmas for a 20-minute tour of the famous jet.

Each child will receive a present from Santa and the chance to pose with him for a photograph.

The gifts will be a Concorde teddy or a Christmas story book and a selection box.

Everyone will receive a certificate to say they have seen Santa on Concorde.

Each session will last approximately one hour, with 30 mins for breakfast then up to half an hour onboard.
