POLICE are continuing to target selfish drivers for parking on pavements.
Drivers blocking Lilace Avenue, Tabley Grove and Acacia Avenue in Knutsford have been hit with fixed penalty notices.
On one day, police issued numerous tickets to cars and vans.
Some vehicles are parked so close to hedging, there is no room for a pedestrian to walk by, let alone a mum with a pushchair.

A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Fixed penalty notices have been issued for parking on the pavements and causing unnecessary obstruction to pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams.
“Please be considerate when parking your vehicle.”
Residents have welcomed the crackdown.
One man said: “Fantastic, thank you.
“There is no need as there is plenty of room on those roads to park in them.”
Police can penalise drivers if they deem parking to be dangerous in any way or causing an obstruction.
A fixed penalty notice includes a fine and sometimes penalty points can be added to your licence.
