POLICE are investigating the theft of a car.
Wilmslow Police have launched an appeal for infomration after a BMW was stolen.
The offenders snapped the lock to the front door of a property on Moor Lane before entering and taking car keys which had been left on a table.
The vehicle, a white BMW X5 with the numberplate YB69FOA, was stolen some time between 12pm on Wednesday (August 2) and 2am the following day.
Police are now asking people to check any CCTV footage they may have, including doorbell cameras, dash-cams and vehicle cameras.
