SEVEN ducklings stuck underneath a grid on a busy road have been plucked to safety.
Firefighters were called to help the little family trapped beneath a road in Alderley Edge.
Crews removed the grid, lifted seven ducklings to safety and reunited them with their mother.

The incident happened on Underwood Road at 10am yesterday, Monday.
One fire engine from Wilmslow mounted the animal rescue.
