AN award-winning company is celebrating after receiving two prestigious awards in one week.

The Financial Times has listed Project One, for the fourth consecutive year, as one of the UK’s leading management consultants in its annual report.

The flourishing firm has achieved a record breaking recognition awards, including eight silver one bronze.

The Holmes Chapel company is the only independent boutique consultancy to be recognised with a silver rating for digital transformation and organisation and change.

The report, which uses customer and consultancy peer recommendations to list and rate businesses in the sector, is compiled for the FT by research and data provider Statista.

A total of 185 businesses are named out of 1,700 eligible.

James O’Sullivan, chief executive officer of Project One, said: “Thank you to all our customers and consultancy peers who recommended Project One.

“It’s an honour to retain our listed position in the report for the fourth year in a row, which is testament to the quality and value our experienced team of change leaders bring to our customers every day.

“Receiving these eight silver awards indicates a higher than average number of recommendations in our key services and reflects our expertise in these areas.”

The report, which uses customer and consultancy peer recommendations to list and rate businesses in the sector, is compiled for the FT by research and data provider Statista.

The full report was released today, naming a total of 185 businesses, out of 1700 eligible.

The accolade comes just days after the consultancy was named as one of the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2023 by Great Place to Work UK.

The silver awards included recognition for aerospace and defence, public sector, energy, utilities and environment, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and retail and financial services.

The bronze accolade is for internet, media and entertainment.

Project One is a leading, independent change management consultancy, supporting large organisations with their most critical business change and transformation agendas and delivery programmes.

Over the last 25 years, the company has built a reputation in the industry to support some of the UK’s largest change and transformation programmes.

Their customers include Unilever, BAE Systems, AstraZeneca, National Grid, VirginMediaO2, IAG, Rolls-Royce and central Government.

The organisation is turning over £30 million a year, with a team of 100 change experts.
