Throughout 2023, the company will provide more access to financial, health and wellbeing information for the team and their families.

Director of people Mahmood Ghaznavi said: "We are extremely proud to be chosen again as a UK Best Workplace for Wellbeing, particularly given the challenges we’ve all experienced over the last few years.

“GPTW gives us valuable feedback on what’s important to our people and their families, enabling us to continue to invest in a broad range of wellbeing initiatives and support.

“Our people are at the heart of our business.

“They are a huge part of what makes Project One so special and their wellbeing will always be our priority.”

Over the past 25 years, the company has built up a reputation in the industry to support some of the UK’s largest change programmes.

Their customers include Unilever, BAE Systems, AstraZeneca, National Grid, VirginMedia02, IAG, Rolls-Royce and central Government.

The organisation is turning over £30 million a year, with an award winning team of 100 change experts.
