Welsh was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months ‘due to repeat offending’, the court heard.
The defendant was also fined £180 and ordered to pay £110 costs and £48 victim surcharge.

Welsh was given permission to pay the £338 court penalty at a rate of £55 per month starting on February 27.
