EMERGENCY services were called to a car fire in Wilmslow on Saturday, which police believe was started deliberately.
In the early hours of the morning, at 3.51am, Wilmslow firefighters were called to Colshaw Drive.
Police also attended to the suspected arson attack.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Firefighters were called to a report of a vehicle on fire on Colshaw Drive.
“The crew used one hose reel jet and a set of breathing apparatus to extinguish the car which was well alight on arrival.
“Police were called as firefighters believed the fire was set deliberately.”
