A BMW driver has been hit with a £300 court bill after speeding through roadworks.
Christopher Nevin, 45, of Arlington Crescent, Wilmslow, was found guilty of exceeding a temporary 40mph speed restriction on October 26, last year.
The defendant was caught on camera speeding on the A55 in Wales between Tal-y-Bont and Abergwyngregyn in Gwynedd, Mold Magistrates heard on April 28.
The bench found the case proved after listening to evidence.

Nevin was fined £220 and ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
His driving licence was endorsed with three points.
Nevin was given until May 26 to pay the £344 court bill.
