KNUTSFORD FC continue to keep their survival hopes alive.

A 3-2 home success in the derby against Egerton on Tuesday night leaves them six points clear of the bottom two in the Cheshire Football League Premier Division going into their final game of the season at home to Eagle Sports tomorrow, Thursday, kick-off 6.45pm.

Daniel Pemberton, Paul Riley and Samuel Hadfield-Summerbee scored the goals in a fifth successive win for a rejuvenated Reds under new manager Nick Ward.

Rivals for the drop have as many as five games in hand so Reds will have to play a waiting game to see if they avoid relegation.

Billinge are currently second from bottom and lost 2-0 at AFC Knowsley on Tuesday night.

They have six games remaining between Saturday and May 21.

Winstanley Warriors have dropped to third from bottom, a point behind Knutsford with three games in hand.

Bottom-placed Daten are now eight points adrift of Reds with three games remaining but they would have to win them all even if Knutsford drop points in their last game in order to finish above Ward's men.
