A SHETLAND Pony Grand National and world record attempting quad bike stunt are just two of the exciting attractions at this year’s Royal Cheshire County Show.
The summer extravaganza returns to Tabley Showground on June 21 and 22.
The excitement of a day at the races will be condensed into miniature pony size.
Paul Hannam’s exhilarating Quad Bike Stunt Show will attempt a new world record.
Four chefs will be demonstrating a selection of sumptuous dishes.
Simon Rimmer and Jean-Christophe Novelli will be joined by Coronation Street star-turned cheesemaker Sean Wilson and Cheshire chef Brian Mellor.
Knutsford-based car dealership Mangoletsi is the 2022 main ring sponsor.
Jenny Bell, Mangoletsi operations director said: “Mangoletsi have regularly displayed our car brands at the Royal Cheshire Show over the years.
“We’re celebrating 54 years as a Cheshire business in 2022 and we also wanted to celebrate the return of this fabulous show by showing our support.

Judges will face a daunting job selecting winners in a range of competition classes including light horses, heavy horses, dogs, sheep, cattle, pigs and goats.
A feast of family entertainment is lined up including an educational sheep show and hog show.
To celebrate National Pet Month in April, show organisers have launched a Facebook competition to win a family pass to one day of this year’s Show.
