Sam Darby, head of development at Bruntwood SciTech said: “We are delighted that Farm Weekend is returning to Alderley Park.

“It’s the perfect opportunity to bring our customers, residents, and the wider Cheshire community together to enjoy the vast parkland and amenities the park has to offer.

“With the amount of exciting activities programmed over the two days, it’s set to be a weekend to remember.”

This working farm is home to 250 ewes and the flock produces around 400 lambs each year.

Children will be able to cuddle up to a new born lamb and experience the wonder of spring.

Visitors can jump on a tractor for a tour round the farmland.

Other highlights include interactive animal displays and craft workshops.

Children can try wooden egg decorating, bunny ear crafting and much more.

Farm animal themed face painting will also be on offer.

For those feeling more adventurous, archery sessions and obstacle courses will be run by Alderley Archers.

Farm Weekend tickets are £6 per person for a three hour session (children under three are free) and all activities are included. Parking is free.
