- DRIVERS are being warned of long delays on the M6 after a crash between a lorry and a car.
- Emergency services were called to the northbound carriageway between junction 18 and 19 shortly before 2.30pm.
- There are around two hours of delays above normal journey time.
- A spokesman for National Highways said: "Please be aware that this M6 northbound incident is causing delays of two hours above normal journey time for this time of day.
- "There is approximately 5.5 miles of congestion on approach to J18.
- "Traffic caught within the closure is now been released past the scene in lanes three and four."
