TATTON A have extended their lead at the top of the Knutsford and District Snooker League.
This follows a 5-2 win against Mere A, despite Freddie Rowley and Rob Clarke both losing their 100 percent records in the same week.
There is a chasing pack of three teams sitting 4 points behind Tatton – Mobberley C, Morley Green and Shaw Heath.
Mobberley C and Morley Green won 5-2 against Wilmslow Cons B and Tatton C respectively, while Shaw Heath beat Mobberley A 4-3.
Tatton B defeated Wilmslow Cons A 5-2 to stay handily placed in the top half of the table.
They are joined in the top half by Mobberley B, who beat Mere C 6-1 in the Tuesday game.
Individually there are still a number of undefeated players including Adam Griffiths (Shaw Heath), Paul Townsend (Tatton), Dave Lingard (Mobberley) and Mike Richmond (Morley). They have all played 4 and won 4.
