Their dominant 6-1 victory over Mere C in week two included a ton-plus score from John Kettle.
Tatton A sit just a point behind them in the table after beating Wilmslow Cons A 6-1. The score could have been very different had Tatton A not edged a number of tense black-ball frames.
Also just one point behind are Mobberley C team following a strong 5-2 victory over Tatton C, for whom Pete Blain had an excellent 49 break.
Mobberley A beat Wilmslow Cons B 5-2 in a tight match that saw the aggregate come down to the final black.
Mobberley B completed a good week for their club with a fine 5-2 victory over Morley.
Tatton B edged out Mere’s A team 4-3 in another very close game.
