Frozen Mop summer fair attracts 50 independent and artisan traders

The Frozen Mop summer fair takes place on Saturday, July 10 and Sunday, July 11.

More than 50 independent and artisan traders will be taking part offering food, drinks, jewellery, arts, crafts and lots more.

 

The Frozen Mop Pub on Faulkner’s Lane in Mobberley has teamed up with Independent Street for the occasion who advocate for local independent businesses and produce.

Live music, performance and craft areas will be keep visitors entertained with deck chairs for those that just want to sit back and relax.

 

"We cannot wait to deliver a specialist event with many award winning local producers of unique goods set to inspire,” Lisa Cowley, owner of Independent Street.

"After the huge success of our Christmas event last year we are delighted to be once again working alongside the team at the Cheshire Pub Co to deliver a fantastic community event for The Frozen Mop showcasing more than 50 small Cheshire businesses.

 

“It is a superb opportunity to find out the origins of your food, meet our makers and bakers, feast your eyes upon some goodies and fill those shopping bags whilst indulging in some good conversations with our team and stall holders.

“There is something for the whole family and best of all, it’s free entry.”

The Saturday event runs from 10am to 4pm and on Sunday it will be open from 11am to 4pm.
