Victory for Residents

Election candidate Simon Bullock is delighted to have won a seat on Wilmslow Town Council.

Representing the Residents of Wilmslow, Simon defeated Conservative candidate Jack Illingworth by 677 votes to 496.

He will now represent the Lacey Green Ward on the council.

Simon said: "I am delighted to have won and to be given the opportunity to help improve our town.

Also I would like to thank Styal Parish Council for allowing me to learn the ropes and be involved. More importantly "I would like to take the opportunity to thank all those that voted for me and for Residents of Wilmslow.

"Your support means a lot to us and we will work towards making Wilmslow even better. Thank you all.

this is my first foray as such. "I’ve only recently been involved with local issues mainly through my involvement of Styal Parish Council and helping to rectify local issues. but we have a great town here at Wilmslow.

"Since lockdown we need to all work together to help get people and businesses back on track."
