A DRIVER from Northwich has died in a two car crash in Knutsford.
The 44-year-old man died at the scene.
Police were called to the A556 in Plumley following reports of a collision involving a black Vauxhall Corsa and a silver Mercedes just before 3.30pm yesterday.
The driver of the black Vauxhall Corsa, a 44-year-old man from Northwich, died at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 31-year-old man, was taken to hospital for minor injuries.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have any dashcam footage of the vehicles before the incident to come forward.
