PLANS for a seated cafe at a convenience store have been submitted.
Proposals have been sent seeking permission for a seated cafe at Thrifty's on Wargrave Road, Newton-le-Willows.
The application seeks permission for a "mixed use comprising retail convenience sales and as a seated cafe".

The plans have been submitted by Mr N Soni, of Innavision Group Ltd to St Helens Council.
A determination deadline on the application has been set for March 11.
