SINCE their first date at Pizza Express in Wilmslow in 2016, NHS workers Jermaine and Sophie Chappell were determined to find their dream home in the area.

The couple recently fell in love with their home at Taylor Wimpey Manchester’s Heathfield Farm development in Wilmslow and reserved remotely during lockdown.

Taylor Wimpey’s Easymover scheme was used to secure their new home, a process in which the homebuilder manages the sale of your existing property, including covering estate agency fees.

Speaking of their experience, Jermaine Chappell said: "The Easymover scheme made it so simple and saved us so much time.

"It also saved us money on estate agency fees, it was a win-win for us.

"We also used the 5% off care worker scheme as we both work for the NHS and have used the money we saved to furnish the house with the extras we wanted."

The couple chose the four-bedroom Lydford house-type after deciding to upsize from their old home with their two children.

Jermaine continued: "We chose the Lyford because it is really spacious.

"The lounge has plenty of room for the kids to play in and we love the French doors leading into the garden from the kitchen.

"The team at Heathfield Farm have been wonderful.

"They have been really informative despite everything being done remotely.

"They haven’t pushed us into any decisions and have been patient with us throughout the process.

"We couldn’t recommend them enough.

"It has always been our dream to live in Wilmslow.

"We are in love with the area and can’t wait to move into our new home."

Chloe Dunn, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Manchester, added: "We are delighted to be welcoming Jermaine, Sophie and their family to Heathfield Farm.

"We have worked hard to develop a community which is perfect for families close to the town of Wilmslow.

"It’s an ideal place for people to call home and we hope they’ll be happy here for many years to come."
