"Other times, it really does come down to patience; providing a property is priced accurately, and clean and tidy in appearance, there's no reason it shouldn't find a buyer."

Here are five Zoopla properties which have been on the Bradford property market for years:

Burnett Street

This two bedroom flat is one of the oldest Bradford listings on Zoopla.

It was first put up for sale in October 2014- since then, its price has been slashed by £30,000.

However, the German built duplex apartment looks impressive.

If so, you are in luck as it doesn’t look like this property is being sold any time soon.

It has been on the market for over four years; since then, its price has been reduced twice and slashed by a total of £10,500.

The property is described as “delightful”, with gardens to the front and rear of the property.

It’s hard to believe that this two bedroom bungalow has been on the market for almost four years.

In August 2017, the price was reduced by £15,495- but the property was still unable to secure a buyer.
