The trial will take place at Chester Crown Court in February 2021.
A KNUTSFORD man will face trial next year in relation to a crash involving a van and a 12-year-old cyclist.
Clinton Macrae, of Springwood Avenue, was charged by police with attempted grievous bodily harm as well as dangerous driving, following the incident on May 21 this year.
The attempted Section 18 assault – wounding with intent – as well as dangerous driving charges, came as a result of a crash on Mobberley Road.
The trial will take place at Chester Crown Court on February 8 2021.
