WHILE lockdown has posed challenges, especially for those with children, one household has been making sure that the young ones have still been able to have fun.
Kerrie Hopkins has helped make sure children Jaydan, eight and Robyn, four have been keeping busy.
And they have even made some special efforts to mark Hallowe'en and the upcoming Remembrance Sunday celebrations.
Jaydan and Robyn, from Newton-le-Willows, have made a poppy-filled display to mark the upcoming commemorations. They even took it into their school, District Primary, which has put the work on show for people to see.
They have had fun-filled activities planned for the holidays and even had a foam party.

"With Covid going on and the children at home I thought, instead of being miserable, I'm bringing happiness back to the house," said mum Kerrie.
"For the past couple of weeks they have forgotten about Covid.
"I have also decorated the house in Hallowe'en stuff."
They also intend to mark Remembrance Sunday with a minute's silence and some themed activities, with an educational element too.
"I think it's quite sad for them without having the usual parades," added Kerrie, who also lives with partner Justin in the house.
"People who helped fight, they have gone through worse than this and they're a bit forgotten with this taking over.
"They still need to be remembered."
