MOTHER and daughter Heather and Nadine Bennani have joined forces to open Not a Box, a bespoke high street design practice in Knutsford.
Heather, an architectural designer, has teamed up with project manager Nadine to launch the business at 17 Regent Street.
While owning and running an architectural design studio on The Downs in Altrincham, Heather built up a reputation as a leading hotel designer, as well as working with homeowners.
Not a Box will be supporting homeowners and interior designers in redesigning and enhancing spaces in their homes and commercial spaces, as well as offering the latest in contemporary interiors and bespoke finishes.
Heather said: “Not a Box was born out of a need for sophisticated and adaptable architectural elements for the home. To complement this, we will be releasing bespoke collections of furniture.
“I have designed many pieces of furniture, lighting and Signature finishes throughout my long career, for both hospitality and private residences.
“I am thrilled to have Nadine as my very able business partner. Her impressive corporate finance and project management background and skillset will be a huge asset.”
Not a Box has invested in a joinery workshop in Bollington to produce their own furniture, lighting and accessory collections, as well as bringing bespoke designs to life.
