A PERSISTENT offender has been banned from entering all shops in Warrington town centre by a court order.
Aaron Isherwood, of no fixed address, was handed a criminal behaviour order at Warrington Magistrates Court on Monday, September 14.
This order prevents him from entering any retail premises in the town centre for the next three years, as well as the Spar shop in Old Hall and the Co-op on Orford Lane.
The CBO also states that the 29-year-old ‘must not cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person in any public place in Cheshire’.
Isherwood, who is also known as Aaron Birch, was jailed for four weeks during the same court appearance after admitting two counts of theft.
He stole £308 of electrical goods from Currys PC World on Junction Nine Retail Park during an incident earlier this month, and £77 of meat products from a Co-op store in the town in August.
This follows a previous conviction in July for five counts of theft and one charge of assault.
