FRESH plans have been submitted to convert a former estate agents in Knutsford into a new shop.
Cheshire East Council intends to make a decision on the application for 105 King Street by September 11.
An application for a certificate of lawful use to convert the building into a shop was submitted back in June.
That has now been withdrawn, with developer Minerva SIPP lodging a formal planning application to convert the unit into a shop instead.
The 27sq m unit was last used by Whittaker and Biggs but has been vacant since August 14, 2019.
