DEVELOPERS want to bring a former pawnbroker's back into use.
The empty Albermale and Bond site on Sankey Street is the subject of a new planning application submitted to Warrington Borough Council.
The site has been left vacant since September.

Now a new plans wants to split the unit in two to create two new shops.
The documents state: "The main brief of the development is to achieve change of use for the ground floor of the property from existing Sui use to A1 use together with splitting the existing ground floor into two units. This includes an new entrance and shopfront to the Sankey Street elevation."
There is no detail yet on what shops could move into the units.
