NO new deaths from coronavirus have been recorded at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust sites, including Leighton Hospital, over the past two days.
A total of 202 deaths from Covid-19 have now been recorded at the trust’s sites as of 5pm on Saturday, June 20.
That is an increase of two more deaths from coronavirus from the same time last week.
The most recent death was recorded by the trust by 5pm on Thursday, June 18, and announced on Friday – with no further deaths recorded in the two days since.
Daily death counts are revised each day, with some deaths from coronavirus taking longer to appear in the data.
Across England, there have now been 28,318 deaths from Covid-19 recorded by NHS hospital trusts.
