A TOWN centre building is set for a new life as a shop following the closure of an estate agents last year.
The property at 105 King Street in Knutsford is earmarked for retail use.
Minerva SIPP has submitted an application to Cheshire East Council for a certificate of lawful proposed use for the premises.
The application is in relation to a change of use from an estate agent to a retail unit.
Comments on the application, reference 20/2395M, can be submitted to Cheshire East Council’s planning portal, until July 7.
