Man arrested at Knutsford M6 services after suspicious incident in Mobberley
KNUTSFORD Police arrested a man and recovered a vehicle on false plates following a short pursuit in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
A Cheshire Police spokesman said that officers responded to reports of a suspicious man with an electronic device trying to enter a vehicle in Mobberley, and when a vehicle was directed to stop it made off from police until it came to a stop on the Knutsford M6 services.
Police thanked the public for their vigilance and assistance, and encourage them to report any similar suspicious incidents.
