HOLMES Chapel Comprehensive School’s second photography competition, ‘Cheshire in Bloom’ attracted entries from 60 students, across all year groups, exceeding the number who entered of the first competition ‘Our Community’.
The standard of the entries was such that the decision was taken to put all three prizes to the public vote through the school’s Twitter account.
Beth Buchanan's entry
The winners were Beth Buchanan’s low-angle natural form composition, Tabitha Alcock-Bailey, with her collaged submission depicting a combination of Cheshire countryside and wildlife, and Theodore Castle with his beautifully-composed local landscape.
