COUNCILLOR Julie Dawn Potts teams up with a garden centre to spread some cheer isolating during the coronavirus lockdown.
Love The Lane Aid teamed up with Wilmslow Garden Centre, which donated orchids, planters, hanging baskets and bulbs for the Love The Lane Aid volunteers to deliver to Chapel Lane residents, particularly the elderly, vulnerable and those self-isolating.

Residents were thrilled with their surprise gifts delivered by more than 30 Love The Lane Aid volunteers, who are working hard to ensure residents are being well looked after.
Julie said: “I can't thank Margaret, who is a manager at Wilmslow Garden Centre, enough for her constant support to this local community.
“She is amazing, and also to my Love The Lane Aid volunteers, who are a fantastic group of reliable and very caring people.”
Cllr Potts, who set up Love The Lane Aid eight weeks ago, has worked for more than 400 voluntary hours to set up and run the campaign.
All plants were labelled with a message from the Love the Lane group and a responsible coronavirus warning.
