A GARDEN shed in Alderley Edge was completely destroyed following a fire on Saturday.
One fire engine from Wilmslow and another from Macclesfield were called out to Beech Close at 11.46am.
Firefighters saw that the controlled garden fire had spread to the shed, which was well alight, as well as a nearby outbuilding which sustained minor damage.
Please be careful when burning in your garden as things can escalate really quickly. One hose reel and a FF in BA was used to extinguish an outbuilding fire in A/Edge which started from a neighbour burning wood and garden rubbish.
