FIREFIGHTERS tackled a kitchen fire at a Knutsford home on Sunday, April 5.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service was called out at 3.09pm following reports of a fire on the ground floor of a property in Northfields.
Two fire engines from Knutsford and Wilmslow attended the scene, were crews discovered the blaze had broken out from the kitchen.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to tackle the fire.
Crews also isolated the gas and electric supply before using a large fan to ventilate the area.
No one was injured following the fire.
Firefighters remained on scene for around 55 minutes.
