DANCING Chris has been brought back before the courts.
The 64-year-old, real name Christopher Berry, was caught visiting Warrington town centre on Sunday, March 15 – which he is banned from doing under a criminal behaviour order.
Berry, of James Lee House, was given the court order in January after a spate of brushes with the law – including fighting, threats of violence, drunk and disorderly behaviour and public urination.
As a result, he is banned from entering the town centre for the next four years and was jailed for 12 weeks earlier this year after a previous breach.
Appearing at Warrington Magistrates Court on Monday, March 16, Berry admitted breaching a criminal behaviour and being drunk and disorderly – the second charge relating to an incident at the Royal Liverpool Hospital on Friday, March 6.
Magistrates fined him a total of £120 and ordered him to pay £85 in court costs plus a £32 victim surcharge.
