A cyclist in his mid 60s suffered serious injuries when he crashed in Rostherne Lane on Saturday afternoon.
The man was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary by ambulance following the crash, which happened near Rostherne Church.
Two ambulances and North West Air Ambulance were called at 2.44pm.
