THESE eerie pictures show how quiet the streets of Warrington town centre have become during the coronavirus.
Our photographer visited the town centre at around 2pm yesterday afternoon, Friday, to find the area devoid of shoppers.
Only a handful of residents can be seen out and about, with a number of businesses having closed due to the covid-19 outbreak.
It is expected that the streets will only get quieter over the coming days, with the government having last night ordered premises including pubs, restaurants and bars to close.
