Plans to develop pub coach house withdrawn
PLANS to build two new apartments in the coach house of a former pub have been withdrawn.
Developers were seeking planning permission to develop the outhouse at The Red Lion, located in the courtyard of the building, on Winwick Road near to The Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Each one bedroom flat would have had en-suite and a lounge/kitchen.
The former pub, which closed in 2015, has previously been turned into flats.
However the new plans have now been withdrawn.
