Heavy traffic on the M6 near Croft
THERE is heavy traffic on the roads this morning following an early morning crash on the M6.
The accident happened northbound between junction 22 at Newton Le Willows and J23 at Haydock but congestion is stretching back to J21A at the Croft interchange.
All lanes have now been reopened but traffic remains busy in the area and also across Warrington Town Centre, with heavy rain, problems on the swing bridges and children going back to school after the half term break also affecting motorists' journeys into work.
