MCCARTHY and Stone has begun building its Knutsford Retirement Living development, which will feature 46 luxury one and two bedroom low-maintenance apartments for people aged 60 and over.
The first homeowners are expected to be welcomed in the summer of 2021.

Future homeowners at the Knutsford Retirement Living development will have access to a communal lounge, landscaped gardens and a guest suite for when family and friends come to stay.
