THE lead sponsor of the Northwich Swimathon is putting the focus on staff development this year.

Ubuntu Wealth Management, based in High Street, has ambitions to make 2020 its 'best year yet' after appointing Harry Roache as financial advisor.

As well as improving client experience, the company says it is also looking to help staff by encouraging and supporting them to pursue additional qualifications.

Practice manager Chauntelle Hope, said: “We’re delighted to have Harry on-board.

“We have appointed Harry to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of client advice and servicing to our expanding clientele base.

“Part of his role is to be the main client facing member of the team, putting our clients at the heart of everything we do by providing quality face-to-face financial advice and support.

“It’s also great to see our staff members continually striving to improve themselves through study and various workshops to carry this through to their existing roles.

Chauntelle said Ubuntu’s aim is to establish itself as a leading financial wealth management company in the area.

“The company is going from strength to strength with a rapid increase in clientele in the north west which is due to the high quality of the advice and outstanding personal service that we provide," she added.

Away from the office, Ubuntu Wealth Management is once again sponsoring the 2020 Northwich Swimathon.

Taking place at Northwich Memorial Court on Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22, the fundraising event is organised by Rotary in Northwich.
