KNUTSFORD Market Hall trader Plastic Free Weigh has introduced a Little Free Library as part of its stall offering.

The library, although small, will cater for all ages, and visitors to the market can bring read and unwanted books in, borrow from the library and leave a review of the books they have read and enjoyed.

Charlene Stuart, owner of Plastic Free Weigh said: “I joined the market last May and love the community here.

"Our space for the library is small, but already I have had people drop books off and leave with new books to read. Our stall is all about refill, re-using, re-purpose and this little library supports our mission perfectly."

Sandra Curties, town centre manager, said: “Since opening in May 2019 Charlene and Stuart have become firm favourites with our market hall customers.

"They offer a wide range of eco products and everyday produce and are a font of knowledge for anyone trying to shop a little more responsibly."

Knutsford Market Hall is open every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. The Market Café also opens on Wednesday.
