CHEFS are inviting people to join them for a dinner party with a difference, at The Welcome Cafe at Longridge.

The team from Bounceback Food CIC, a non-profit community cookery school, is putting on a Secret Supper Club in conjunction with The Welcome on Tuesday, March 17 from 7pm to 9pm.

Money raised from the evening, which will offer a two-course meal featuring dishes from around the world, will be divided between the cookery school and The Welcome to support its free counselling service.

In keeping with Bounceback's theme of Secret dishes from around the world public cookery courses, you won't find out what's on the menu until you arrive.

Bounceback Food CIC is a community cookery school that supports people living in food poverty in Greater Manchester, Cheshire & North Wales.

It has taught 1,500 people how to cook, donated 10,000 items of food to foodbanks and provided 50,000 meals as part of its wider community outreach work, which also includes catering, corporate cook-offs and supper clubs.
