A burglary took place at a business in Llanyre outside Llandrindod Wells in the early hours of the morning.

Caerfagu Products posted about the incident on Facebook, saying it had been ram raided and that a lot of machines had been stolen.

A police spokesperson said: “Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a burglary which occurred at a business property in Llanyre, Llandrindod Wells sometime between 2.30am and 2.44am this morning, Tuesday, January 20.

"A number of tools were stolen from the property."

The post of the business received a huge reaction online: over 400 people have shared the post.

Commenting below, Bernadette Bridgewater said: "So sad and angry to hear this has happened to you again. A local hard working business getting ripped off, some people are the scum of the earth."

Alison Jones said what happened was "awful", and that she's is "sorry and angered" to have read what happened.
