SCREWFIX is set to take a unit in the first phase of a new business park in Holmes Chapel.
Work has just begun on Manor Point, a mixed-use business park off Manor Lane.
Cheshire-based property company Aus-Bore has secured its first tenant at Manor Point, with Screwfix set to take 4,172 sq ft in the first phase of the development, having agreed a 10-year lease.

Mark Sillitoe of Williams Sillitoe said: “To secure Screwfix as our first occupier for Manor Point is a great coup for the scheme.
“Manor Point is an important new addition to the Holmes Chapel region, which is an ever-growing, affluent Cheshire town that continues to benefit from significant investment and a strategic location close to the motorway network.
“We have already had significant interest from a number of other potential occupiers and hope to announce further lettings soon.”
Williams Sillitoe and Savills are the retained joint letting agents for the scheme.
