CARE home Sunrise of Mobberley boasts a new picture of the home created by Delamere artist Peter Twist.
Sunrise hosted its annual Christmas fair on December 8, with Peter among the many stall holders.
Peter commissioned a one-off drawing of Sunrise, which he presented it to general manager Lisa Burrows at the fair.
Peter was a national, award-winning architect before he retired, and is now a full-time artist, being inspired by 20th century painters.
Lisa was delighted with the picture, and said: “It is such a true likeness of our magnificent Sunrise building, and will hang in pride of place over the home's grand fireplace.
“Sunrise of Mobberley is home to over 100 residents, many of who enjoyed the artist display.
“Art can be much more than just a creative pastime - it can also be highly beneficial to people of all ages and it certainly is at Sunrise of Mobberley.”
