A ROAD closure will remain in place into rush hour after a man in his 70s was hit by a car this afternoon (Monday).

The crash happened at around 12.10pm.
The man, in his 70s sadly died after being taken to hospital.
The Clio driver has been helping police with enquiries.
A road closure is in place on Dentons Green Lane to the junction of Bishop Road.
