POLICE are searching for three men after a spate of burglaries and a burglary attempt in Rudheath.
Officers were called at 9.30pm on Saturday by a member of the public who wanted to report suspicious activity on Wentworth Close.
After swiftly arriving on the scene, they found that three unknown men had attempted to break into an address by forcing open a window.
The suspects had fled the vicinity prior to the police arriving.
Officers conducted a search of the local area to locate the men and discovered that two other nearby homes had also been burgled.
Two of the suspects were described as white men around 5’10” to 5’11” tall and of an average build.
The third suspect was described as a man of around 5’5”to 5’6” tall.
He was of a stocky build, had dark eyebrows and a Mediterranean complexion.
Enquiries by Northwich LPU in relation to all three incidents are ongoing and anyone with any information which may assist the investigation is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 566786
